The Pabst Theater Group

The Pabst Theater Group is a multi-faceted entertainment organization that hosts over 400 events annually in three historic venues in downtown Milwaukee. Our organization is dedicated to outstanding service and promotion of the City of Milwaukee and the world-class artists we are privileged to host. All year round, these events take place in iconic, creative public assembly places that help build community and loyalty and reinforce the identity and heritage of our city.

Lightfinder PR served as the interim Director of Marketing & Public Relations (PR Consultant) and Tour Publicist for The Pabst Theater Group in 2022. Responsible for overseeing public and media relations for the company as a whole and the over 800 shows that take place annually at the Riverside Theater, Pabst Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, and The Back Room @ Colectivo. Responsible for writing press releases, media alerts, and content creation, managing press events/conferences for company-related special announcements, crisis communication, and securing media placements, previews, and interviews in the Milwaukee market for artists in advance of their show dates. Maintains strong relationships with local journalists, editors, news directors, and artist management and publicity teams to support individual promotion efforts for artists. Managed the photography team of eight professional photographers.
