As a career broadcast journalist, Danuta Pfeiffer authored four nonfiction books, Chiseled, A Memoir of Identity, Duplicity, and Divine Wine, which garnered the Eric Hoffer Finalist Award and two International Gold Medals. Pulitzer Prize-winning author Chris Hedges quoted Chiseled experiences in his book American Fascists: The Christian Right and the War on America. She has written for the San Diego Union-Tribune, Coronado Journal, and Fair Magazine. Libertas has been given the Highly Recommended Award by the Historical Fiction Company and a Five Star Gold Medal from Readers’ Favorite and garnered the Finalist Award in the Best Book of 2021 from the American Book Fest.
